The article reports that the U.S. National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) filed another suit against Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) for losses of WesCorp Federal Credit Union (FCU), which is the third suit filed against Wall Street banks for the bankruptcy of WesCorp and the U.S. Central FCU.
