ABSTRACT
The article discusses ways for identifying young children with aptitude for leadership to increase their quality and quantity. It mentions findings of the Social Influence System (SIS) assessment of adults who observed seven indicators seen in children apt for leadership including having peers who listen to them, follow them and seek their opinions, those accused of being bossy and those who are showing ambition and are pursuing projects. It also notes those who are followed by younger children and being selected as class monitor or team captain.
