ABSTRACT
The article offers helpful steps in dealing with difficult coworkers and bosses and handling demanding relationships. It cites characteristics of difficult people including the wet blanket who always have negative views on things, the excuse-makers and the boss who is always micromanaging. It also notes tips for fostering creative resolution of problems such as becoming a peer mediator and suggesting participation of everyone for team-building while tips for dealing with difficult people include being assertive and being objective.
