ABSTRACT
The article focuses on integrating knowledge into innovation founded on human values. It cites examples of harm that can be done by innovation including using fuel on new forms of transportation that can accelerate the effects of global warming, new designs of innovative job and job enrichment that can lead to more people with work-life imbalance as workaholics and innovative fertilizers for increasing crop yields that can lead to food chain toxicity. It also notes innovation with a conscience that can help turn knowledge into wisdom.
