ABSTRACT
The article discusses the role of innovation in business growth and progress. Business executives and managers are encouraged to engage in leadership boldness by getting rid of elements that fuel the opposite of boldness such as doubt and hesitance. Boldness is described as a choice founded on a commitment to a future state. It is said to occur when workers do not fear error. Business leaders are also urged to encourage employees to feel more comfortable with more responsibility and to implement guidelines that foster responsible freedom.
