He believes in the importance of the 15 core leadership principles contained in the Leader's Checklist, and their applicability to most leaders in most situations and undertakings. He also suggests that leaders responsible for the performance of their companies and employees can learn effective leadership, and with the checklist, they will be prepared for any situation.
