ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significance of innovation in organizations. Innovation is a forward step to the development of a company, even the rare radical or disruptive innovation, or the incremental or sustaining innovation. It needs not be costly, since for a starting point, the company's existing resources and manpower could provide good bases for innovation. Great ideas, however, will not suffice as they have to be put into action, where resistance to even the best of the ideas will be experienced.
