ABSTRACT
The article discusses how leaders are responsible for inculcating the right culture in an organization which is a significant factor in achieving the desired results. The Results Pyramid is presented showing the essential components of culture starting with experiences at the bottom of the pyramid, to beliefs and actions that work in harmony to produce results which is at the top. The author describes how working with experience and beliefs engage people at every level and builds a culture of accountability around the results that need to be achieved.
