ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to the environmental regulatory activities in various states in the U.S. In New Hampshire, the state's House of Representative passed a bill that repeals the regional greenhouse gas (GHG) initiave cap and trade program for carbon dioxide emissions. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (CEQ) proposed a raise in the emission fees for Title V sources. Illinois seeks to phase out the use of perchloroethylene (PERC) in dry cleaning.
