The article focuses on the regulatory reform hearing in the U.S. Congress Oversight Subcommittee on the food regulatory guidelines which probed regulators such as Federal Trade Commission (FTC) chairman Jon Leibowitz, and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) member Robert McDowell. According to Leibowitz, the goals of the guidelines are ambitious as the public health stakes are high. Moreover, it mentions that McDowell fielded questions about the network neutrality rules of FCC.
