ABSTRACT
The article presents a message from the Chairman of the Institute of Management Services (IMS). He cites his role to ensure that its members are informed about the Institute and productivity in general. He points out that the April 2011 email newsletter had a revised format and contained more content on productivity issues. He reports that its Treasurer John Lucey has decided to step down as Institute Treasurer but will remain on the Institute's Council of Management. He credits John for outsourcing the administration to Lichfield and the journal.
