Develops arrays of high throughput mini-monochromators using extreme ultraviolet multilayer mirrors (MLM) as dispersive elements and filtered surface barrier diodes as detectors. Utility of the device in collecting data required for tomographic reconstruction of local emissivities in spherical tokamaks; Increased use of MLM-based spectroscopic system as fusion plasma diagnostics.
