ABSTRACT
The article reports on the preliminary regulatory review plans released by the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on May 26, 2011. It says that the review plans are submitted by 30 federal agencies in response to the January Executive Order of U.S. President Barack Obama. It mentions that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has included the review of Special Permits Program of the Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).
