The article reports that the American Coatings Association (ACA) passes its comments regarding the regulatory review process to be conducted by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). It mentions that the said comments of ACA focus on the incident reporting requirements under 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 171.16. It mentions that ACA views that incident reporting should be focused on substantial releases of hazardous materials that may bring significant consequences.
