ABSTRACT
The article reports on the crisis management of Cable One Inc.'s chief executive officer (CEO) Tom Might to get the multiple system operator (MSO) back on line after the devastations caused by the deadly tornado in Joplin, Missouri. It notes that senior vice president Jerry McKenna has acknowledged the expertise of Might in restoring service quickly. It also informs that Cable One also provides fiber optic service in Oklahoma.
