The book is Effective Memory Techniques in a Week by Jonathan Hancock and Cheryl Buggy, and the one day course is named Effective Memory and Learning Techniques. Both the guide and the course demonstrate techniques that managers can learn which hold the key to effective memory. The book provides a series of techniques on a day to day basis, designed to improve creativity and identify learning styles. The guide gives information in the format of checklists, action points and diagrams. Both the book and the course are packed with practical examples.
