ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the hand-to-hand struggle of the hospitality industry on obsolete applications in programming. It notes how the industry has wrestled and dealt with a mix of legacy and web-aware systems wherein the condition and flexibility of the applications affect the ability of the company to expand geographically. Legacy systems are prevalent in the industry underlying almost every corporate enterprise who quest for efficiency.
