ABSTRACT
The article discusses the introduction of technology primers by Technology Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) in the U.S. It asserts that AH&LA has created four technology primers for members covering areas including the basics of systems and security maintenance, hotel technology infrastructure, and introduction to hotel systems. The primers are intended to review the key threats to information and provides practical guidelines to make the companies' systems secure.
