ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the implementation of the Killer Silver Bullet Application in hospitality industry systems. It states that the Killer Application is a design concept more than a product with a greater impact in the hospitality industry. It says that the Killer Application is a single application which covers the functionality of point of sale, traditional property management, and marketing systems. It adds that the hotel operators did not want a single and integrated solutions.
