ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the extension of property management system (PMS) to the internet to control electronic business in hospitality industry. It states that customer service and satisfaction are increased by offering superior operating practice of real interaction with business and marketing offers and promotions in internal systems. It adds that web site is a cost-effective method of distributing product compared with a traditional travel agent and global distribution systems (GDS) bookings.
