ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the factors that should be considered by hotel companies before developing an in-house media solution such as expertise, guest experience, and economics. It states that expertise in hospitality, online media, and technological development is needed to obtain a successful in-house media. It says that guest experience is the most significant part of an in-room media solution while a partner solution is favored by the economics of technological development.
