ASP Technology -- Is the Foodservice Industry Ready?

He mentions that ASP models can upgrade the software of Windows-based point-of-sale (POS) systems, maintains the system to the data center, and keeps the basic of pre-checking and settling checks on the premises as well. However, he notes that the technology should mature in order to be incorporated by hotels with big revenues.
