ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Marketing And Guest Information Center (MAGIC) at Manhattan East Suite Hotels (MESH) of Manhattan, New York City. It says that MAGIC relies on the integration of CLS Corp. property management system (PMS)/central reservations system (CRS) with the Group 1 Datadesigns database marketing product to address service delivery problem. Moreover, the integration was done with Alliance Solutions, and a committee led by Barbara Bayone developed a change-management program.
