ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the relevance to conduct an assessment of the communication style, advising style, and service style to the creation of client engagement in the U.S. The three styles have been viewed important in identifying the appropriate strategy to engage with a client. The engagement of clients has been considered beneficial in the profitability of the business and referrals. The financial advisers are recommended to refer the clients to the appropriate advisers in case of their inability to address the client's needs.
