ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to the underground construction industry of the U.S. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has proposed a standard related to sicila exposure for safety of the workers. A pipeline safety bill has started its trek with the passing of the Pipeline Transportation safety Improvement Act. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced changes to wetlands permitting and pipeline construction.
