The article discusses the issue concerning a discharged wastewater at the West Fork Little Bear Creek in Idaho from Troy's wastewater treatment plant and poses danger to the steelhead habitat. It is stated the plant handles 110,000 gallons of sewage and municipal waste containing ammonium and phosphorous. It notes that the steelheads in the creek are the highest density in the entire Potlatch River watershed.
