ABSTRACT
The article highlights the importance of considering inputs from the pharmacy trade unions or collective bargaining units while making changes in the pharmacists' job descriptions. Also offered are comments related to the unionization among pharmacists and different pharmacy models by experts including Tim Lynch and David P. Zgarrick. It also highlights the pharmacy practice followed by the Franciscan Health System in Washington state and the Labor Management Relations Act.
