ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a statement from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) which claims that interoperability of cloud computing is the greatest challenge for long-term adoption of cloud computing services. It states that industry standards need to be developed to handle lack of integration between cloud networks. According to IEEE fellow Elisa Bertino, organizational data is likely to be more secure in cloud networks because the vendor is a technology specialist.
