ABSTRACT
The article reports on the mergers and acquisition (M&A) in metal industry. According to the periodical "Forging Head," stronger balance sheets, metal prices stabilizing and recovery in global metals (M&A) will continue to balance 2011. According to PricewaterhouseCoppers LLP (PwC), the first quarter of 2011 has dealt with value greater than 50 million dollars.
