ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the launch of the Rocks+ instances for Amazon Elastic Compute CloudC (EC2) cluster management solution from San Diego, California-based StackIQ. The solution will benefit organizations with large-scale computational needs for a variety of tasks including data processing, analytics and imaging. Other benefits mentioned are elasticity, flexibility and cost advantages. The article also discusses the process involved in the solution which begins with the provision of a graphical user interface (GUI).
