ABSTRACT
The article offers information on healthy eating habits, and explains body mass index (BMI) and the BMI percentile number. It discusses how to maintain a healthy weight by following the 5-2-1-0 countdown, a set of 4 goals, and suggests that children be assessed with the BMI-for-Age percentile. Also mentioned are the issues that affect weight in children.
