ABSTRACT
Several tabular and graphical presentations are presented including a graph that depicts the percentage of noninstitutionalized adults in the U.S. who need help with personal care, a table that lists the notifiable diseases that affected the U.S. people, and another table that offers information on provisional cases of infrequently reported notifiable illnesses.
