The article reports that Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has prohibited law firms, Arent Fox and Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski from representing the committee of official creditors in the bankruptcy case of Universal Building Products. Walrath ruled that both firms wrongly used Chinese translator Haishan Liu to convince Chinese creditors of United Building to appoint him as their proxy. An overview of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Delaware lawyers is given.
