ABSTRACT
The article reports that Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has prohibited law firms, Arent Fox and Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski from representing the committee of official creditors in the bankruptcy case of Universal Building Products.
