The article discusses the selling of portfolio company Diversey Holdings Inc. by private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC. In less than two years after the initial investment, Clayton decided to sell Diversey to Sealed Air Corp. for 4.3 billion dollars. As such, shareholders will receive 2.1 billion dollars in cash and 31.7 million shares of Sealed Air common stock with a value of 25.68 dollars per share.
