ABSTRACT
The article traces the history of "Futurewatch", a feature of "Future Times" journal, and cites Jennifer Coote's career as future watcher as unparalleled. After 26 years, the 2011 Volume 1 issue of "Future Times" is the last to have "Futurewatch" as regular feature. It was first published by the Commission for the Future until the commission was disbanded. It was then continued as an independent publication until it became a regular feature of "Future Times." As its compiler for nearly 30 years, Jennifer Coote has perfected the task of future scanning.
