The article examines the case of a 23-year-old man with a history of sinusitis and asthma with acute ischaemic type chest pain. Based from angiography, the man was found to have multiple vessel occlusions of the circumflex coronary artery and a diagnosis of Churg-Strauss syndrome with coronary vasculitis was made. The article describes Church-Strauss syndrome and notes that the most common mode of presentation is sudden death.
