ABSTRACT
The article presents questions and answers related to several farm programs in the U.S. including the significance of signing up for Direct and Counter Cyclical Program (DCP) or the Average Crop Revenue Election Program (ACRE) every year for farmers, the option for farmers who have either of the two programs to switch to another program, and the limitations for direct and guaranteed loans from U.S. Farm Service agency (FSA).
