ABSTRACT
The article offers the insights of Credit Union Services Organization (CUSO) executives regarding the challenges and rewards of starting a CUSO. According to Paroon Chadha, funding the right people is the most challenging issue in CUSO. Meanwhile, Kirk Drake sees change as its biggest challenge and turnover as most results of CUSO. Furthermore, the effect of auditing in credit unions, as well as the goal of keeping the customer while obtaining new ones are also offered.
