ABSTRACT
This article presents a contrast between the creationist and the evolutionist position regarding the Genesis account. It also discusses theistic position that tries to make a conflation of the two aforementioned positions. The proposal is to present macro-hermeneutic aspects of both models highlighting its contrast, starting from the origin in accordance with the present and ending with the destination.
