ABSTRACT
The article discusses highlights of the first Sikuliaq Science Workshop held in Marinette, Wisconsin in 2011. Activities include discussions on various possible scientific projects for the Research Vessel (RV) Sikuliaq and a tour of the full-scale mock-ups of the vessel. Resource speakers include Sam VanLaningham and Terry Whitledge, both scientists at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks (UAF) in Alaska.
