The article focuses on defining a sound strategy for the success of the company. It says that preventing from fighting with learders offering the same service is one principle in defining strategy. It adds that the strategy which is dependent in defeating the resistance of customers will find it hard to succeed. Moreover, the knowledge of the past and present and understanding how the markets are evolving are required in defining a strategy.
