ABSTRACT
The article reports on the growth in sales of college publishers from the sale of instructional materials to the college market in the U.S. The College Publisher Index has estimated a combined revenue of 3.58 billion of top eight publishers including Pearson PLC and Cengage Learning Inc. It notes that as a group, their sales has increased by 4.8 percent from 2006.
