ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights regarding the librarians' management of regional campus libraries. The author says that the smaller setting of a regional campus library provides the librarian an opportunity to develop connections with library users. Furthermore, the work of regional campus librarians have rewards and challenges including knowledge and expertise on discipline, longer working hours, and facilitating, and access to, limited resource materials.
