ABSTRACT
The article discusses the recovery shown in the lease and renting industry in North America following the global financial crisis of 2009. According to the quarterly results from major companies including Sunbelt Rentals Inc., RSC Equipment Rental Inc. and H&E Equipment, there has been a double digit revenue growth in the last quarter of 2010. However, the pricing of the rental equipments have lowered as compared to 2009 and the companies are avoiding to expand their business at the moment.
