ABSTRACT
The article talks about the increasing popularity of seafood from coast to coast in the U.S. as of June 2011. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries Service, almost 16 pounds of fish and shellfish were consumed by the average citizen in 2009. It is noted that seafood is widely appreciated at the New York City-based law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP due to health reasons. Also mentioned are seafood items found in campus operations, including salmon.
