ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the United Nations (U.N.) Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). The idea that the UNRWA, a humanitarian organization that was created in December 1949, has an anti-Israel bias is discussed. Examples are given which show the propensity of UNRWA officials to make inappropriate statements. Comments made by the director of UNRWA Operations in Gaza John Ging about the terror group Hamas, Israel's blockade of Gaza Strip, and water pollution in Gaza are discussed. The comments of UNRWA commissioner-general Filippo Grandi are also discussed.
