The article reports on the sale of Atlanta, Georgia-based publisher Primedia Inc. from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts by TPG Capital for 525 million U.S. dollars. The deal is estimated to be valued at around 7.10 U.S. dollars per share. Most of the operations that will be owned by TPG focus on housing and rental directors, which posted an increased income in 2010.
