The article focuses on Morgan's Wonderland, a theme park established by Gordon Hartman in San Antonio, Texas for people with mental and physical disabilities. It states that Gordon developed his idea of the park while watching Morgan, his child who has severe cognitive delays, trying to interact with children in a hotel swimming pool. It says that the theme park is a happy place.
