The article focuses on the regulations for the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Amendments Act (ADAAA) by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). It says that the regulations simplify the determination of who has a disability. However, the amendments offer a narrow definition of disability which affects people seeking protection under ADA. It states that the regulations have set principles to determine a person with disability like the exception for mitigating measures.
