The article reports on the move by the coalition, which is comprised of the Writers Guild of Canada (WGC), the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA) and the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC), among others, to question the decision of a Canadian federal court that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are content-neutral.
